CoLocalizer Express can open image files in all major file formats, such as TIFF, JPEG, PICT, BMP, etc. It also supports proprietary file formats from all major microscope manufacturers and a biological image data standard.
Quantification of colocalization using CoLocalizer Express is based on calculation of the following coefficients: Pearson's correlation coefficient (Rr), overlap coefficient according to Manders (R), overlap coefficients k1 and k2, colocalization coefficients m1 and m2, and colocalization coefficients M1 and M2.
