iBatch is a utility app that lets you rename and optionally apply metadata to tracks in your iTunes collection.
Having your tracks properly annotated helps iTunes keep your collection organized and easy to search and sort.
How does it work?
You select the iTunes tracks that you want to rename, and then switch to iBatch, where you apply your changes fast using one of 4 available processors available.
iBatch will let you preview your results before making any changes to your iTunes collection.
1) Parse
Use this processor when your tracks contain tagging information (i.e. track number, artist, album, etc) on their name, but no actual iTunes (ID3) tags. In iTunes they look like unordered tracks of a single "Unknown" album/artist.
2) Compose
Use this option to modify track names using tags containing the original filename, track number, album name, etc.
3) Search & Replace
Use this option to batch rename track names, album names, artists and other tags in one go.
